HOUSE RULES (Extract)

1- CAPACITY & PARTIES - Strict capacity: 15 people maximum (adults and children included). Parties: Loud evenings and excessive outdoor sound systems are prohibited to respect the peace of the place. Exceeding capacity or noise disturbances will result in immediate termination of the stay.

2- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT - Check-in: from 5:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM.

3- POOL & SAFETY - Child supervision is the sole responsibility of parents. Showering is mandatory before swimming. Pool access doors must remain closed when no adults are present.

4- SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (house, bedrooms, games room). Ashtrays are available outside.

5- PETS - Dogs and cats welcome (max 4) at no extra charge. Cleaning up after your pet is mandatory.

6- CLEANING - End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, please leave the kitchen clean, dishes done, trash taken out, and sheets placed at the foot of the beds.
