A huge, bright living area for your convivial meals and relaxing moments by the fire (pellet stove).

Pro Kitchen: Fully equipped to cook for 15 people (cooking range, 2 dishwashers, large fridges).

Games Room: Paradise for kids and adults with Billiards, Foosball, Ping-pong, and PS5 console.

THE 7 BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 15) The house has 7 spacious and carefully decorated bedrooms.

Hotel-quality bedding (Beds made upon arrival).

3 bathrooms and 4 WCs.

WELLNESS & OUTDOOR AREA:

Heated Pool: Large private pool (5x10m) secured by a shelter, heated from April to October.

Spa & Sauna: Accessible all year round for total relaxation.

Garden: Vast wooded grounds not overlooked, terrace with barbecue and brazier.

PRACTICAL INFO & HOUSE RULES

🌿 Septic Tank (IMPORTANT): Our lodge uses an eco-friendly sanitation system. Please do NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper (no wipes, sanitary products, paper towels).

🔇 Neighborhood: Although we are in the countryside, sound travels far. Please respect the peace and quiet of the area, especially in the evening. 

♻️ Waste Sorting: Recycling bins (Packaging / Glass / General waste) are available. Thank you for helping us preserve our environment.

🤝 Assistance: We live nearby and remain available by phone or message to advise you on activities or in case of technical needs.

ACCESS & TRANSPORT

Car: A vehicle is essential to get to us and to visit the region freely.

Parking: Large private and free parking on site (secured gate).

TRAIN STATIONS & AIRPORTS:

Tours and Saint-Pierre-des-Corps TGV Stations (Tours): 35 min away. (Paris-Tours in 1 hour). Car rentals are available directly at the station.

Loches Station: 10 min away (Regional train).

Tours Val de Loire Airport: 40 min away.

CYCLING:

The region is ideal for cycling. A closed room is available to store your bikes safely.
